Booster roles should be decided via a setting in your server's settings, rather than automatically created when the server is boosted

Rather than having a role be created when a user boosts your server and having to go to the trouble of managing the role and channel permissions of the role, it should be decided, likely through simply just choosing an existing role, in the Overview of the server settings.

This would make it so you don't need to redo a booster role or have to set it up when someone boosts your server, likely delaying any special roles, colors, permissions, and other benefits that they receive from boosting.
