Favorited GIFs gets deleted

I think the topic remains in as a Chat query, but I feel like it is related more to API than Chat.

So here is the problem, the favorited gifs that we have gets deleted every now and then... meaning is probably after an update, or something that Windows upgrades or downgrades locally on the computers makes the gifs gone.

Whatever may be the case, I'm willing to help fix this problem.
