Embed Changes

Hello there, greetings

I wanted to suggest some changes to links in embeds.

For example, an URL in an embed, if it's a Discord URL such as https://discordapp.com/channels/ instead of having to open the web browser, it should move the user to that channel or specific message, in the same way, that embedded URLs work.

Another thing is allowing Embed's fields to optionally have URLs, which would be quite awesome for organizing purposes. 

So a Field would have Title, Text, Inline and also URL. (an optional Field Icon would be a nice addition as well.)

  Those links ain't working on mobile. I didn't get what you actually meant, but I guess you were talking about message links. On mobile, they direct you to the browser, on desktop, to the message. If you got a message link, the embedded link isn't the message link, it's the domain (discord.com in this case).
