Making the gray background of your server customizable

I was looking at my server recently and wanted to make it more appealing for my eyes, after customizing everything I could, I still thought the background was to dull for me and i wanted some color. After thinking about it I think you can put a tab in the settings that ways wallpaper and has a box when you can drag and drop png's into the box, like you do with server icons.
