Per user audio channel

This is an admittedly niche feature, but it would be extremely helpful for those of us who are streamers or podcast creators to be able to specify an audio channel on a per-user basis. I'm not asking for an audio channel to be created for each user and deleted whenever they enter or exit the chat! Just the ability to set a channel for individual users, like user settings > voice & video > output device but under the user modal.
