Specific Discord Server Info/Landing Page

It would be nice to be able to see a page that gives information about a discord server you join.

So for example,

When you click on the server title and/or image in a discord server you are in.

It will redirect you to a page on the application that displays everything the server is about, really whatever the server owner would like to provide. For community-based servers, maybe it can have a video/gif background that people can get an understanding of what the server community is about, etc.

I think this would be a cool "landing page" and/or information page for members that join a new discord. It will provide everything that the server owner wants them or needs them to know. It will also clean up some of the "welcome" channels you see, where there is endless information packed into a single discord channel.
