Add the ability to resize different streams and being able to reorder people within the call

When there are multiple people in a call and more of than one person is streaming, the videos shrink in size. The ability to resize streams, screen sharing and video calls would be beneficial for larger groups.
As of now it can be an inconvenience to pop out video/chats as well because it doesn't pop out the individual video but the whole chat instead.

  Please, for the love of god. I want Friend A's stream on the left. Please, let me put Friend A's stream on the left. This drives me nuts. I have three monitors and I watch streams on the rightmost one, and I want the one of my friend drawing to be closer to the centre monitor and the one of my friend playing a game closer to the outside. ;w;
