Open spotify in the spotify app please

So a year ago a user posted this:

Sadly discord has not addessed this issue since then so I am creating a new post.

When I open a spotify link in discord and my discord is connected to spotify it should open it in the app and NOT in a new browser window. This is very annoying and technically a bit slow for discord not doing this yet since there are enough applications out there that are capable of opening up the required links in the respective app.

  Yep, this would be a very welcome feature. I have to search for the song in the app as if I click on any of the links it opens in the web player
