[REQUEST] Voice channel actor and spectator slots

Hello, I am here to share a suggestion.

In many situations, it would be nice to set an amount of "actor slots" and of "spectator slots" in voice channel.

-Actor slots refers to the slots currently defined in discord.

-Spectator slots refers to new slots, which would offer the possibility to follow a conversation without being able to speak.

In what situation would it be used?

-For video games: The actor slots would be used by people in the current game, and spectator by anyone who wants to follow the game without annoying players.

-For role play: Actors would be acting their role, and spectators spectating.

-For meeting: Sometimes at work, a group of people needs to discuss about really serious things when other people (lower in the hierarchy) must only listen to.

Why would it needs a new functionnaly?

-We all know what happens when we trust on people to be quiet and respectful.

-It's very annoying to have to modify the number of slots because 2, 5, and then 7 people want to spectate a voice channel.

Other idea: A textual channel only visible for player in a specific vocal could be nice.
