[REQUEST] Add way to manually arrange and order participants in a video call

Drag and drop ordering for participants in a video calls would be amazing.

I stream using Discord video call and it would make it a lot easier to setup for OBS if I could make sure participants were always in the a certain order in the call.  Right now it seems to just sort alphabetically by their username/nickname.

Also the ordering would be local only, it wouldn't change anyone else's video order.
