Feature Request: Voice channel no longer full notifications

Many voice channels in public servers have voice channel limits based on whatever may be played at the time (usually 4, 6 or 8 people). In the event a user wishes to join that particular channel and it is at capacity it would be really nice to have the option to send a notification to the user that the channel is available to be joined. Presently the only option is to watch the channel until a slot opens up. This would be particularly useful when browsing multiple servers.
