Add the ability to drag / reorder people in call

With all the updates Discord has been pushing out lately, everything has been working tremendously. They've been pushing out some great QoL updates and things beyond imagination.

With the ability for users to stream, I'd like to see the ability to be able to drag users/streams so when you're watching multiple streams, you can have them side-by-side, or in whatever order you'd like. So when you're in a group call, you can adjust the layout of streams accordingly, in whatever orderly fashion.

I think this would be a simple, yet, very effective addition as it would give users more control over how they are able to view the content they are being streamed.
