User Info profile links should show detail on hover

View someone's profile and look at the User Info area. This may include links to various third-party profiles, such as Facebook, Steam and Twitch. Each link shows an icon and a user name, but there is no way to know what the service is (perhaps I don't recognise the icon). I would suggest indicating the service name (e.g. "Twitch") and also the target URL, before I click on it -- so I know where I will be going.

On desktop I would suggest showing this information when the mouse hovers over the link. (For touch-screen devices you may need another solution.)
