Ability to see if a user is in the server or not

Sometimes, you'll see a message by someone, and the only way to know if they left the server or if they're still in is if they have any roles. However, some servers don't give most users roles, so it would be nice if it would display a message such as "This user is no longer in the server" if you hover over their profile.
