I can't purchase Nitro

When I want to buy nitro for 1 year, it says it is active but when I go into my account, there is no nitro badge. Can anyone help me?

    1.Sa doit être un beug.
    2.Ou ses que ta fini ton temps de nitro.
    3.Et quand tu finis ton nitro ton badge il disparaît car ton temps de nitro est fini
