Earphones/Headphones with a "Push To Talk" button.

So many times I have encountered a problem at work with Discord mobile and earphones as a pair. When I am engaging in a call with someone at work or walking from location to location, there are bound to be loud noises or people. I would really like a Bluetooth earphone like the ones I have, but with a "Push To Talk" button in between the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" buttons. I think this would be a really great feature on earphones with Bluetooth or even without. Please do consider this option. Thank you!
