Option to turn off reply notifications

At the moment reply mentions and regular mentions are grouped together in notification settings, meaning either you get reply notifications and mention notifications or you get neither. 

I think these should be separate options, lots of people don't like getting notifications for replies but would still like to be notified when they get a mention.
