Circular outline when changing profile picture

Whenever I try to change my profile picture on mobile (idk what happens on pc) but it gives cropping options in a square form but i think since the profile picture is circular I think their should be a circular cropping option so you can see what the profile picture would look like. idk if that makes sense but for example how you change your profile picture on instagram
