Closing popout video window kills Linux client

I'm using the following version of the Linux client on Debian stable:

Stable 70781 (6d2522f)
Host 0.0.12
Linux 64-Bit (4.7.0-1-Amd64)

Joining and exiting a video stream works fine, as long as I don't pop it out to a new window. If I do use the popout window, either closing the popout window with the system "x" button, or doing anything within Discord to disconnect from the stream (which makes Discord try to close the popout), causes all Discord windows to close.
