Option to change how replies look client side

I understand the point of the new reply feature but it seems a little half-baked and, from my observation, causes more clutter and confusion than it fixed. I think that the main reason why is that the order of the reply information is not correct and the original message appended to the reply doesn't respect font scaling or IRC mode scaling.

If we could change the order to look something more like this:

(pfp1)Username1: Original message.
|_ (pfp2)Username2: Reply to original message.

then it'd look better and be easier to naturally follow, especially seeing as you can only attach one reply to any given message. This method would also allow for linking back to the original comment and it wouldn't be necessary to reduce the size of the text to an extent that people who use non-default scaling or have a hard time reading struggle with readability. If the reply system is sticking around, please at least look into this as an option.
