switch off/block DM-s and switch off/block name pings

Hello! Can you add "switch off/block DM-s" function for servers, because random people spamming our members in DM only because they're on the same server with them and members doesn't block DM personally. and also "switch off/block name pings" (similar to yours "role pings") for the roles so random new people without any role will not be able to ping YouTubers or random people by name? A lot of users left us just because those things by new people and looks like we can't stop it.

    @5P3C1A1 no, i thought it was clear in the message, but seems like it's not. I doesn't need to block DMs for myself, i need to block the ability for ALL 4500+ PEOPLE on the server not to recieve messages from spambots who joining our server. Just the ability to block messages from anybody on server to anybody on server.
