Name change limitations and Coloured Bold Channels

I  am a moderator of a server with over 15,000 members and we have people who change their name on a daily basis sometimes. Mostly to avoid banning or other trouble they are causing. This causes easy confusion and at times the wrong person gets banned. Making it so you can only change your name once every 3 months would help us greatly. Also the addition of making the channel names coloured ( of our choice ) and bold text would help make the server tidy and easier to navigate, especially those new to Discord. Please add these features.

    The limit on name changing would be especially welcome and more options to keep things organized is always a plus.
