Show Non-video Participant toggle Not working while FullScreen On 4k Screen

So if you try and enable/disable Non-video Participants on a 4k screen it will not toggle if in full screen mode. Not sure if its just for 4k screen or any type of screen all i have tested is if its on my screen in full screen or not.
