Voice Channel Feature Request

I would love to have a kind of "Whisper" feature for busy voice channels. The user could use a UI button or hotkey to mute/deafen from everyone except one user to speak directly to or listen to that user. This could reduce chatter in larger voice calls and allow for easier communication.
