[Request] Shortcuts

Hello, Discord dev team(or anyone who's seeing this)!
I use VSCodium for my work, and I love their keyboard bind feature,where you can set key binds to perform certain commands.So can you add something similar to this(like a ```.json``` file or UI interface to configure key binds)?

I am asking for this feature, because I find current key bindings restrictive, or some times not present. For example: @ during reply toggle, you will need to `shift+Tab` three times, and then `Tab` X amount of times times to respond. I get that most people probably don't use key binds as much as I do, but just adding a ```.json``` file to configure them would be helpful.

Any reaction other than silence would be nice, considering that I see most of the posts with zero comments ,and I do believe in this feature existing. :-/
