Make overlay scale can be individually set

On this update, Small screen scale makes up small overlay scale. but i want to setup it by individually because of too small voice overlay. but screen scale is too big for what i want to set to that voice overlay scale.

  Using a dual monitor set up with a 1440p as my main monitor and a 1080p as the 2nd this is defiantly an issue.

  All the voice icons and messages on the overlay are microscopic when the app is anything close to a normal scale.
