Allow stream features autonomy from vocal features

Greetings !

So I use my phone for discord, even when on my computer. But sometimes I wanna see someone's stream or stream my own screen. But doing so, it connects my pc to discord and disconnect my phone. Nice feature there, but I only wanted the stream part. So I figured being able to join a stream without actually entering the room would be a nice feature.

It would fix my little problem sure. But I think it's actually good for the whole system. Having your viewers on a different vocal, or even not on vocal at all, could induce new ways of using discord.
