Adding new server into the bottom of the list
Unfortunately you have to re-arrange your servers everytime you add a new server and personally I mostly add new servers when I meet new people over online games and I just stay them for a very little period of time. Then I enter this server very rarely but I still want to keep it. I think an option like which allows users to choose whether new servers being added to the bottom of the server list or not would be sufficient in this case. So i can just make sure new servers always come last. This behaviour might differ from one to another but i think too many people would want this feature.

Personally, I don't mind if they automatically add it to the top of the list, but it is very tedious to move the servers down the list, at least on the browser version. My other gripe is the inability to delete folders and move servers from the deleted folder to the total list. The current method is to simply move it, which, as I said, is tedious. Otherwise, The interface is fairly intuitive.
(Edited to add:) This is on a Debian Linux laptop, which may contribute to it.
