Scroll bars too hard to see and click

The scroll bars everywhere are too hard to see and click, it's like trying to guess where it is, especially when scrolling through server lists because it's just not even really visible at all

It'd be nice to make to make them the Discord blue color and implement some sort of system to make scrolling a ton easier

  Like right-click and drag to scroll would be beneficial.

  The scroll bars are much too difficult to see and use. They should always be visible, e.g., you shouldn't have to hover over them to see what little there is to see. It is especially bad for the user list on the far right. I often click accidently on a user instead of getting the scroll bar.
