Pinned messages rework idea

Being able to pin messages is the best thing ever, even though most don't even read the pins

Anyhow... I feel like the Pins are missing some features that could make them even better.

Idea 1: Being able to drag the pins - Sometimes there are too many pins and you pin something.. But wait, there's already 10 pins and you need to get the pin at the bottom of the pinned messages that someone else wrote? That's where dragging would come in handy, being able to drag the pinned message at the top of the pinned list to the bottom and so on.

Idea 2: Being able to organize the pins - Some people like to have pins organized whether it's important message pinned at the top and memes at the bottom. Having a folders, similar to the current way of being able to put servers into folders but for pinned messages. This would open up a ton of way to organize the pins in better way.
