Enhanced server management for Minecraft and other games server owners

So over the past few months I have been looking into adding announcement channels or a background to my server with a few different attempts:

1. I have tried entering the partnership programme however I did not meet any of the requirements.

2. I have tried entering the verified server program after reading all the requirements and rules thinking I had enough requirements however after waiting for weeks, I never got an answer.

3. I attempted to get a developer's license but failed at that attempt as I do not own a credit card and clicking the PayPal only led me to another page requiring a credit card, even though I had enough on my account, making the PayPal payement option pointless as you need a credit or debit card in any case.

4. I tried to purchase discord nitro however I ran in to the same problem as above and I couldn't purchase it using my phone suscription as it is not and option.

So it occurred to me that some sort of gamers license or something like that would be great for Minecraft server owners for example to enhance their discord servers with announcement channels or a background and to promote their server store with a showcase channel on which they could showcase some perks or cosmetics player's could buy on their store.
