2fa phone number authentication

There should be a phone number authentication option to use if someone who lost their codes and app. Especially when signing in and a password reset. The phone number thing exists but it's useless, so I suggest that you add a 2fa text message option like every other app. I need this to be added as I was locked out of my main account and lost all my contact with friends.
