submission channels

i think it could be useful to have an option to make specific channels so that the messages members send are submitted and a mod has to approve them. this way channels that are supposed to have only messages of a specific kind (for instance, i have a server where i wanted to have a channel that's only for recommendations so people can easily find them, but i'm afraid people will derail) can be more easily upkept. it wouldn't affect other channels, only the ones with this setting
