Device Specific Notifications

With multiple devices I would like to stay in-touch while on the move but I would like to limit notifications specifically per device. To use my Personal phone I would like to see select channels and moments that are going on and when I am on desk top I would like to be fully connected with notifications - but currently it is mirrored on all devices

Is there a way we can set up notifications per device?
