Pinned Messages Management - Reorganizing via Drag and Drop

Hello Discord staff, I had some ideas for pinned messages. I tweeted you yesterday about this, and you redirected to the correct place to voice my suggestion:

I run a server for my twitch stream, but I also have a channel there with some important notes and useful information for a mobile game a lot of us play. Any time we find something useful for others, my Mods and I decide to pin it up so we don't have to repeat ourselves or so we can easily check things (like how most people would pin things).

However, the problem with this is whenever new info comes in and we pin our messages, we have to jump to all the previous messages and re-pin everything to organize it better from "most relevant" to "not as important". Usually this results in multiple "[User] pinned a message to this channel. See all the pins." message over and over, and requires deleting the messages to avoid clutter.

I was wondering if there was a way Admins and Mods alike can easily drag and drop pins into a fitted order with ease, or even have options when pinning something (i.e "Pin to Top" and "Pin to Bottom"). This quality of life change would make things a lot easier for any server that has important notes and active Mods that wish to make things easier for everyone, avoided multiple server messages butting in a conversation.
