Change to Custom Statuses

Custom statuses are finally here, woo! But as I predicted they've come to be a pain in the rear for us server owners/administrators/moderators who want to keep our servers squeaky clean and well moderated. 

So I propose two suggestions. 

1. Server-unique custom statuses. Statuses that we set for individual servers so we don't make a status intended for one server, and run into trouble with it in another server. 
   
   
2. The ability to hide your status from specific servers. This should be an easy fix to the common issue with stubborn users saying "I wont change my status for one server." On another note, also gives us more flexible privacy options. 

Personally, I'd prefer the implementation of the second suggestion. But whatever is seen as the best option of the two, I'd just like one of those changes to help create a fix for our moderation troubles.
