Give us an option to only show Media shares in group call

What I mean by this is pretty simple; please give us an option that allows us to only view screenshares/facecams in a group call. Right now, when you are in a call with, say 5 people, and 2 of them screenshare/have their webcam on, you will see 2 media shares and 3 profile pictures. With this option on, however, you would only be able to see the 2 media shares (therefore larger), without seeing the 3 profile pictures

  yesss, and also the option to mute their mediashares without muting their voice if possible!
