Discord server completely messed up !Help!

Hello so recently my discord server got completely messed up and I had one of my admins call me on 3 am to tell me that the 90% of our server channels are constantly buffering and when you go to type something into them there's a pop up that says "channel not found" this hurts us alot as so much work and effort was put into the server and now we would have to make everything from the start since our backup bot can't copy messages since they can't really be found anymore....please help us resolve this issue
