Option to lock channels/categories with Verification Levels.

My idea is to make an options inside the Channel/Category Settings that allows users to set up a Verification Levels for newer players, who joined the server to lock them out for some time, before granting access to channels and categories.

It would work like how the verification levels work, but in each channel and/or category. Although this is already a good layer of protection to servers to lock out users from the entire server, the ability to add this would improve this further, allowing administrators and moderators to protect channels and categories that you would need a role otherwise. This also allows servers to use the Prune Members option more, since you don't need to worry about roles and categories/channels that needed roles. 

It would also add extra features like:

• Customizing the time that the user needs to be in the server,
• Roles that can bypass this Verification Level.

An example for this would be servers that use Verification levels already, but don't want to increase the verification level, cause of several channels/categories.
