removing roles from all users holding that role without deleting the role itself
my suggestion is the title. i would love to be able to remove the role from all users that currently have it at once. the reason is, we have a temporary role granting acess to a certain channel, but instead of removing it from everyone separately we would like to do it all 2 or 3 days at once.

The bot Dyno has that ability. You can set it up to add a role, then remove it at a specific time without having to delete the role.

oh nice, thanks for the info. one click solution still would be nice so he doesnt remove them while people are still in the channel. if he has that ability too i'd be fully satisfied. will look into it.

Just now had the issue too with an event....
I don't want to delete the event and have to add the extra work of setting everything up again but I am going to have to...0 -
Invite in carls bot, use command /role removein
base role is the role you want to let it be, new role is the role you want to remove.
Make sure you also give carls bot the highest role above the roles being used in the command.1
