My other account is not secure.

Hello Discord Staff,

I am a user with the tag BurakAKSAKAL#8738. My account was disabled approximately 2 weeks ago for the following reasons.

  • sending a large number of unsolicited DM messages in a short span of time.
  • participating in a server dedicating to spamming Discord users
  • taking other actions on Discord — for example, joining a ton of servers — faster than humanly possible.

I know I didn't do these reasons. I'm confident. But as it turns out, my account is not secure. I was confronted with this problem, probably because of the boat I created. Because I am someone who follows the rules on this platform. and I have been using it regularly since 2016. Someone blames me. Please help me. I want you to open my account back. Because I didn't do anything.

    An insecure account has two definitions:
    1. No linked email
    2. Low security

    I’ll get back to that later, but the real issue is now, although you aren’t the person who may have done these things, the account did, and you also have no evidence to prove you didn’t. Chances of getting your account back are exceptionally low, however recreating a new account with the same identity then rejoining servers and/or refriending only takes a few minutes, so that’s more likely the easiest option.

    As for your account, make sure your password is secure, different from your other passwords, and try enabling 2FA as it’s then much harder for hackers to access your account.

    I'm not saying you have to delete this but you could go todis.gd/contact if you would like to getin touch with a member of discord staff team. After sending the ticket please remember that it will take at least 24hrs for them to respond since they could be in a different time span, busy, etc.

    My account was protected by 2FA. Also, there is no evidence of what i did.

    I did as you said, but I can't get an answer.(It's been about 2 weeks.)
