Just Adding my Voice to the Echo for a Revert or Option to Revert the "Update"

I was trying to give this update a chance.  At first I kind of liked the message highlighting as it can help with making sure I'm moderating or editing the right posts in my servers.  After trying it out, though, I have only grown to dislike it more and more.  I don't care about reaction emojis.  Why are these being shoved down my throat?  Yes, I use them now and again.  Do I use them often enough to have suggestions for them pop up every single time I mouse over a message?  Absolutely not.  Do I use them often enough to justify bumping the "edit" button (which is the one option I use most often) into an extra drop-down?  In no way would that ever be the case.

This update has been one half-step forward, and a giant leap backwards for Discord as far as I'm concerned.  The big, ugly "Active Now" panel was annoying enough, though once I clicked off the default friends page I didn't have to see it anymore.  This whole update, on the other hand, has been an overall negative for my Discord experience.  If it isn't broken, don't fix it.  Discord certainly wasn't broken for me before.  Everything was just where I needed it and wanted it.  It was also very intuitive.  Reacts show up under the message?  You hover under the message to add one.  You want to edit the message?  Just over to the right and there's the edit button.  Need to moderate something?  That's when you hit the drop-down for the mod options.

Overall it's clunkier, slower, and just plain uglier.
