In-App Videos Not Working After Updating

On my devices that have updated to the current build of Discord, in-app videos like Twitch clips or twitter videos do not work correctly and either fail to load or stutter relentlessly. The devices I have not elected to upgrade to the newest Discord version can view those same posted videos with zero issue.
