Add a small delay for when people disconnect from voice

Pretty simple idea that I just had now.  A lot of times you'll be in the middle of a game with a good number of people in your voice channel and you'll hear someone disconnect.  When that happens there's a bit of confusion in who actually disconnected.  If the person who dropped remained in the list with some sort of disconnect icon or maybe a red line through their names it would eliminate that confusion.  They'd only have to stay in the list for maybe five seconds or so.
