[Feature Request] Display Mic Activity on the Panel Avatar (as well)

I would love to have the same green ring for an active mic displayed on the avatar that is on the bottom of the Discord window.

If I am voice connected and browsing a different server or have a direct message open it would be nice to know if my mic is picking up noise. It's possible that I'm just a little paranoid about typing too loud or that I'm breathing into the microphone but hopefully this isn't a wild request. I know the overlay could help but if Discord is on one screen and a game and the overlay are on another then I'm basically in the same boat.
