Discord Nitro Issue

Hi. I am making this post because I have a problem with my nitro subscription. My friend gifted me a Discord Nitro subscription on January 31. Eventually, March rolled around and my nitro was set to expire around March 3. So, I check the app and I still have my tag, my gif pfp, but I can't use any emojis from different servers or animated emojis. What's worse is that another friend gifted me Nitro Classic, and now it's just sitting there as credit. If a moderator can help, it would be appreciated.

    There is no moderator: Discord staff only approve suggestions or mark them as invalid, it's not a forum. Contact discord support

    So I got nitro and everytime I try to add a gif profile it won't let me and I can only add a picture if a crop it
