(MAIN FOCUS: osu!) Clickable timestamps in osu!'s map editor

When it comes to Modding* on osu!, it sometimes happens on Discord. The process of going into the osu! editor, trying to find the spot that said modder is talking about, and tabbing back into Discord to talk about it is VERY tedious, and the idea of clickable and working timestamps would save a lot of time and make things easier. This topic has also been brought up in one of Discord's hack week twitter replies last year, where LOTS of people also stand by this idea.

*Modding is the action of suggesting fixes in someone's map/creation to improve it.
