Discord update issues 2: Electric goddamn it not this again

Last month after the UI update, I was left with an issue of not being able to see the "..." balloon. My interface looked like this

There was literally no way to access that balloon with that emoji button being there. That was until I learned that you could turn off reaction emojis, doing so would bring that balloon back.

Until the newest update, yet again I have been robbed of that message editing tool.

Now only the edit pen is what I can see. This time however, you can't disable this button, meaning it's 100% impossible to delete a message on the UI now. I figured out what the issue is here exactly; the browser version cannot handle more than one button at a time, the "..." button is technically obscured/pushed off and can't be accessed through normal means. Zooming out of the browser page sadly does not fix it, though why would it?

There either needs to be extensive research as to why this issue occurs or they need to come up with an option to turn this button off too, it's not really necessary in the long run anyway.
