Back to Basics Mode

Put simply, an option to load Discord in a stripped-down, basic HTML and/or ARPANET mode. This mode would be designed to load on even the world's worst connection, cramming as much raw information in a single packet as technologically possible. Perhaps it would kick in automatically on slow connections, but a toggle in Settings should exist. Voice communication, if available at all, would default to 8 kbps to save bandwidth. In short, a mode to ensure those who generally only ever talk with one another through Discord can keep in touch, even in the [unlikely?] event network communications were slowed to a crawl for whatever reason. This would obviously appeal mostly to a few niche demographics that I feel need no introduction. No harm in having things set up so there's little to no downtime even in a potentially apocalyptic scenario, right?
