Animated Avatars autoplay on/off / Make it so the avatar plays in call

I think animated avatars should always be playing because nitro users pay for that perk so they should be able to show other users the avatar. 

They should make animated avatars play in voice calls so u can see it when u are looking at the profile pictures of the users in call.

There should be an option where you can either turn on or off the avatars to be playing so that it can reduce lag.
